Orders are prepared for shipping within 1 or 2 working days after we have processed the order and the payment is fully confirmed at our end.

The delivery time of shipments within The Netherlands is from 2 to 3 working days. This does not apply to deliveries abroad.

The shipping provider used for deliveries within The Netherlands is PostNL. Delivery costs are indicated as per our checkout page when confirming your order.

All our UnuPana washable diapers and organic cotton absorbents are delivered in boxes made in Europe out of recycled cardboard and environmentally friendly ink. Therefore, they can be recycled and become new material again. 

 

If any product ordered from UnuPana (by WaWash) that you receive isn’t described as shown on UnuPana website, please contact us. 

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date of the purchase, and we will exchange it or offer a refund voucher. 

 

Reflexion period

You have a reflexion period in which you can cancel your order without reason, of 14 days after the receipt date of the product. After the cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. Once we receive the product and have checked that the product is in good condition, we will reimburse you for the full purchase amount and delivery costs. 

Return shipping cost from your address to UnuPana (by WaWash) address is covered from your side. Below you can see the address and contact details for returns.

 

Because of the nature of the product, and due to hygienic reasons, the product needs to be unused and/or unwashed. Ideally, it should be returned in its original packaging or repacked properly.
