This website offers visitors washable diaper products and other related products and accessories which can be bought online. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Shipping Conditions and Return policy.

If any product ordered from UnuPana (by WaWash) that you receive isn’t described as shown on UnuPana, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.

Billing Information Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders placed by dealers, resellers or distributors in our sole discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.

Payment Terms

Your order will be processed after the order has been submitted through the checkout page and the payment has been fully confirmed at our end. Be aware that online transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize the payment for any reason, UnuPana (by WaWash) is not responsible for it.

A pre-authorization check on your payment will be done before the order is shipped.

We accept the following payment methods for purchases within The Netherlands

iDeal: when choosing iDeal as a payment method you are sent directly to the secure site of your bank.
Credit card: we accept credit cards backed by the major providers on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you’re having trouble checking out, please reach out to us via our Contact section so we can help.

Payments via our website are secured since we make use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is a security technology for establishing an encrypted link between us (UnuPana website) and you (the customer).
